My belief is that fitness is a monumental part of health and we are responsible for our own health. Even as an athlete throughout High School, I had never pushed myself to the limit like I do now every time I walk in through the doors at Fit Fast Strong CrossFit. I hope to make a difference to our athletes like other coaches have done for me. Being pushed to the edge of insanity, your lungs are on fire, your body hurts; people are yelling "Don't Stop" and cheering you on! You finish the WOD, you're out of breath, your muscles burns, but the sense of accomplishment, the bonds you make with the other athletes, and the overall improvement in your well-being bring you back again and again! I hope to bring the same joy to others so they can truly realize what they are capable of.
