With a 20 plus year background as a triathlete, I decided to give CrossFit a try. I was hoping to mix up the routine of endurance training a bit. What I found was a tremendous physical challenge and, as an unexpected bonus and perhaps more importantly, a welcoming and supportive group of dedicated athletes that continues to push and inspire me everyday. I can not express how grateful I am for this support and encouragement. Striving for may best self in terms of physical fitness is my one of my top personal goals and I have found no better arena than this for its worthwhile pursuit.
